Let's see... where to start, well right after my last post I started back to work at the bank. It's been a great time coming back I gotta say... Even though I miss Ben like crazy during the day, I am having a good time working again.
Shortly after I started back to work, we took a trip in the motorhome to Jackson Tennessee. Here is a picture from the trip to Jackson...
Cute huh... :) We were able to see most of the "Webb" side of the family while we were there, and even though we were there to go to a funeral, it was great seeing everyone and for them to meet Ben.
The very next day after we arrived in TN, we headed back... We all got a little crazy in the motorhome on the way home, here is another picture of Ben on the way home.
Around this time Ben turned 3 months old... Crazy...
He has started to get really strong and loves to play on his toy mat that you can hang toys down over his head. He also can hold his head up very consistantly and loves to play in his jumperoo...
This wears him out eventually, fortunately he can sleep almost anywhere...
We say he takes after my Granddaddy, his Great-Granddaddy... He just starts to nod off and before you know it he's out... :)
The NFL draft happened around that time, and we decided to show our favorites for that day...
GO COWBOYS!!
One trip we had really been looking forward to, was a trip to Notre Dame to see Uncle Bartley graduate. We were very lucky to be able to go and had a great time. It was a long trip, and we tried really hard to have most of the driving during times that Ben would be sleeping anyway. For a 3 month old baby, he did AMAZING!!!
He was in a very good mood on the way down there...
He got to wear his Green and Gold "prep" outfit, to graduation...
SO ADORABLE!!!
On a side note, this picture is blurry because Ben pretty much demands to stand now, he hates to be cradled if you holding him, and if your sitting he wants to stand in your lap. He stands very well, but he's a bit wobbly on his balance...
Anyway he slept through the ceremony, but that is probably a good thing... :)
We ate dinner at Famous Dave's BBQ, which was great. I didn't know I liked it, but I do, and Ben had a good time sitting on the table with Aunt Say... :)
Another note, this picture originally had Sarah in it too, but she didn't like the way she looked, she had been sick that day and didn't really feel very good, so even though I thought it was a great picture, I respected her wishes and just posted him... :)
And this is where we pause to tell Uncle Bart just how proud we are of him for his graduation. We love you sooooo much Uncle B!!!
I guess that about takes us to date for our adventures with Benjamin. He is a happy baby most of the time, very easy going and loves to cuddle. We have a 4 month check up next week so we'll see how much he weighs and how long he is... I'm guessing 15#'s and 26 inches, but I could be way off, they are seriously just guesses.
And just to post a fun picture for a good ending, this is a picture taken during one of our "conversations." Benjamin loves just making noises and likes to have them repeated back to him, and I am happy to oblige!
BYE BYE!!! :)
